By accessing or using the Velyx ERP platform ("Service"), operated by Ksheer Sagar (Merchant Legal Name: Geeta Kumari), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
Institutions registering on Velyx represent and warrant that the administrator has legal authority to act on behalf of the school, academy, or trust. The institution is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff and student credentials and for all activities conducted under their tenant environment.
The Service must be used strictly for lawful educational management. Prohibited activities include transmitting unsolicited bulk commercial marketing through the WhatsApp gateway, attempting to circumvent tenant isolation barriers, or exporting student data without proper administrative consent.
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Platform subscriptions grant full access to academic management, multi-role portals, and Meta Tech Provider connectivity. Per-message WhatsApp conversation charges, if exceeding free monthly tiers, are billed directly by Meta Platforms via your attached payment method in WhatsApp Manager.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
