1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Velyx ERP platform ("Service"), operated by Ksheer Sagar (Merchant Legal Name: Geeta Kumari), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Institutional Account & Subscription
Authorized institutional administrators are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, provisioning role-based staff accounts, and managing batch structures. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual cadence pursuant to selected student enrollment volume tiers.
3. Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Usage Guidelines
Velyx provides verified institutional messaging as an official Meta Tech Provider. Institutions agree to utilize automated messaging strictly for academic, administrative, and verified parent communication (attendance alerts, fee payment reminders, examination results). Transmitting unsolicited promotional messages or spam is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Each subscribing educational institution retains sole, perpetual, and exclusive ownership of all student academic data, financial records, marks, and attendance registries uploaded to the platform. Velyx ERP retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, source code, and intellectual property powering the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ksheer Sagar, its directors, employees, or partners be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party service provider outages beyond reasonable commercial control.
