Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the Service

Velyx ERP is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Ksheer Sagar (Merchant Legal Name: Geeta Kumari). All services, modules, student portals, and automated communication tools are delivered digitally over the internet.

2. 14-Day Free Evaluation

Every new institution is granted a 14-day full-featured free trial with no credit card required upfront. This allows school leadership, principals, and IT coordinators to fully evaluate academic setups, batch structures, fee ledgers, and parent portals prior to committing to a paid subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Institutions may cancel their recurring monthly or annual platform subscription at any time directly through the platform billing dashboard or by emailing consult.velyx@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains fully functional until the conclusion of the active billing period. There are no automatic termination penalties.

4. Refund Eligibility & Processing

Because institutions have access to a full 14-day free trial, recurring subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed. However, full refunds are promptly honored in the following events:

• Billing Errors: Duplicate transactions or incorrect tier billing resulting from platform technical anomalies.
• Unresolved Critical Outages: Sustained platform downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours during active academic cycles attributable to Velyx systems.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days via our banking partners.
